| All our cats are in need of caring homes. Please spare a thought for the not so young and the stroppy ones. They were kittens once, and will respond to love and care, which in some cases was denied them. |

This little black male has come in with his friend, pictured below..They are friendly and have started to put on a bit of weight. They are gaining confidence and enjoy a stroke. They were abandoned when the owners moved. |
| A real tabby "poser". The male friend of the black kitten above. |

This young lady came in as a wild, headstrong little miss. She still
has attitude, but is a loving cat on her terms. She is a cat that
likes company so would prefer her new owner to be around. |

SHELLEY was homed to an elderly gentleman and sadly he has died and she is alone again. A typical torti, she can be grumpy, but likes a fuss on her terms. She has improved tremendously since coming in and is much happier now as she is feeling more secure with a regular routine. A home with older children would probably be better for her. |
| PEBBLES came from a local vet. She is a young cat, probably less than 2 years, a dark torti. She has become more confident since she arrived. Quite a vocal little cat. |

LEO, a lovely grey boy who has come in with his brother Harry, who is black, pictured below. They have come from a home where the baby has been diagnosed with an allergy. The family was heart -broken to give up the cats as they were very much loved. They are sociable and love to be made a fuss of. Ideally they are looking for a home together. |

| ALL OUR CATS ARE NEUTERED AND HELP IS GIVEN TOWARDS OUR KITTENS WHEN THEY REACH 20 WEEKS. HELP IS ALSO AVAILABLE TOWARDS THE COST OF NEUTERING TO HOUSE-HOLDS ON LOW INCOME, BENEFITS, ETC EVEN IF THE PET HAS NOT COME FROM CAT'S PROTECTION. THERE HAS BEEN AN UNPRECEDENTED NUMBER OF KITTENS BORN THIS YEAR, MANY OF WHICH ARE BEING ABANDONED, SO PLEASE PASS THE MESSAGE ON THAT HELP IS IN PLACE TO SLOW DOWN THE NUMBER OF UNWANTED KITTENS BORN. | |

CHARLIE is a FIV positive cat, so ideally we would like to find her
an indoor home. She has had her vaccinations just like all the other
cats in our care. She is used to children and a dog. Her owners
were able to take the dog but not a second pet. She is a quiet
little cat, very undemanding, very affectionate and likes a lap to
sit on. There is no risk to humans, her FIV is feline. She would
make a loving pet and would welcome you home. |
| These youngsters were born under a hedge in a lady's garden. Their mum was neutered and returned where she has been adopted by the person who found them. The kittens have been fostered out and are now ready for re-homing. As with most kittens which are found moving freely, they are slightly wary of new people, but soon come around. All neutered. Chunky little boys. Egg-timer and Big Fan have found homes. |

MEG is a 4 year old female whose owner has sold his property and moved to rented, no pets accommodation. She came in with a pair of 7 month old kittens which have homed as a pair. Since they left she has become more vocal and very loving. Lovely nature. |
|
|
BAGHEERA is a young black adult who was passed in because he was a stressed cat. He has now learnt to relax and is looking for a new home. |
| PLEASE CONSIDER HOMING ONE OF OUR BLACK CATS OR KITTENS. THERE ARE SEVERAL HERE WITH LOVELY TEMPERAMENTS AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR COLOUR. TOO OFTEN THEY ARE OVERLOOKED BY A COLOURED COUSIN. | |
| OTHER CATS WITH FOSTERERS NOT PICTURED. |
All cats in our care are inoculated, micro-chipped and neutered before being re-homed if they are of the correct age. They are blood-tested for FIV and FELV to ensure their health status.
